Summary: In which Jonghyun and Kibum are just two kids in love.

Kibum yawned and opened his eyes, rubbing it sleepily. A new day… He glanced at the calendar on his bedside table, then shot up, eyes wide.
“February 14th…” Kibum gasped, eyes bulging out of their sockets. He had completely forgotten about Valentine’s Day! What was he going to do if Jonghyun had gotten him a present and wanted one in return, but he didn’t have one to give? Kibum gulped, got up from his bed and paced around his room, scratching his head worriedly.
“What to do…”
“Kibum! You’re awake!” Jonghyun yelled as he suddenly burst into the room. Kibum jumped when Jonghyun suddenly slammed the door open, and turned to face the door.
“Jjongie-hyung!” he cried, half in excitement and half in horror.
“Happy Valentine’s Day!” Jonghyun said to Kibum as he walked up to him, handing him a tiny little box that was beautifully wrapped up and had a cute bow on top.
Kibum grabbed the gift eagerly, wanting to tear it open, then he remembered that he didn’t have a gift to give back. Disappointedly, he gave the gift back to Jonghyun.
“I can’t accept this…” he said sadly, hanging his head.
“Why not?” Jonghyun asked, puzzled.
“Because I didn’t get you a present!” Kibum revealed, closing his eyes as he waited for Jonghyun to smack his head, or scold him.
To Kibum’s surprise, the only thing that happened was the sound of Jonghyun’s laughter reaching his ears, and when he opened his eyes, he found that Jonghyun had pressed the gift back into his hand.
“Don’t be ridiculous!” Jonghyun laughed. “I don’t mind that you’re not giving me a present!”
“Really?” Kibum’s eyes widened at Jonghyun’s words.
“Yeah! As long as you promise to stay with me forever,” Jonghyun said, smiling as he kissed Kibum on the lips.
