I love this! Identical twin experiences are so fascinating! I never considered one might feel like a copy, being the second identical twin, but I can see that. I hope that was more a childhood thing, and less so, now? I'm glad you shared this, great writing. :)

My daughters are fraternal twins and their bond is both familiar and alien to me. I have a sister who's only 18 months younger than me, but they are only 3 minutes different. I always wonder about how many of their Baby A and Baby B differences are attributable to birth order and how many are just variations in the girls. You wrote on an interesting topic for sure!
