- It's the top ranked university in NSW. - Depending on which ranking scheme you look at it's either the best or second best or third best in Australia. - Attracts the highest proportion of UAC first preferences. Something like 60% if I'm not wrong. - New, shiny buildings with amazing architecture that only opened last week. - Old, mouldering buildings with amazing architecture inspired by Oxford/Cambridge dating back to the 1800s. - It's in Sydney. Like, Sydney Sydney, not like out in the suburbs like UNSW. - Something like 20 libraries. - The main library is the largest in the Southern Hemisphere, with like 4 million books or something. - Open day is in a few weeks. - I'm sure you've been there before. - The entrance scores aren't that bad

I did read all of that, and damn, Josh, you're good! However...
- ANU is the top-ranked university in Australia, by every ranking system I've ever seen. - Who wants to live in Sydney Sydney? - I haven't actually been there before. On the other hand, I have been to UNSW, many times, and collected lots of good memories. (I was very tempted to put UNSW down for something, but they didn't really do much of what I wanted to do...) - The richest student "culture" how? - ANU does pretty well with research. Maybe USyd just spends their money inefficiently? :P - If I were deciding based on city, I'd be going to Melbourne.
The libraries and Rubik's cube society, though, those are impressive. (I think you should be talking to dariddler down there about the Rubik's cube society, though.)
I think I will be rearranging my preferences a little...
I dunno, I reckon in the case of musicals the rigidity in naming etc. is part of what makes them so awesome.
Anyway your USyd friend just made me want to go even more. He left out 'you get to act justifiably snooty' though. I realise this will only serve as a deterrent, but it's the Uni the majority of my school's leavers end up in (which... also partly makes me not want to go, but then apparently their engineering is more theoretical than practical, so...).
I feel compelled to mention I haven't so much as glanced at my UAC thing yet though!
And... because... I can? My Trials are over and I don't have to care as much about school hours and I finally have an internet-capable laptop in my room? I dunno. Hey it's Friday now!
Oh wait, I forgot to off-handedly address you by given name, Morg.

Also surely that should be "The Money Song (Reprise)"?

And no. Logical incorrect song titles > stupid correct song titles.
