cos his name in chinese is shd be pronounced as "wang zhen zhen" in chinese hanyu pinyin.so when the japanese directly translate the pronunciation over its like "wang chen chen". but if its chinese "chen" ,for example a man with surname "chen" they'll call him "chin-san" :O
