Human interaction, Self-checkout lanes, and Shrinking Pants

So here's what you do: Get all your pants and head to someone's house that has a pool. Put a pair on, hop in, wash 'em in the pool, hop out, blow dry the pair while they're still on and presto! Perfect fitting pants, every time! Then put on another pair and repeat.

You could do it in the bathtub too I suppose. Might take a while though. Let me know if it works! :p

no help, but thanks for yours chelmsfan01 February 24 2006, 07:23:07 UTC
Unfortunately, I'm such a laundry dumbass as well that I didn't even understand most of what you said about those categories. I thought that was all theoretical, I guess. My laundry goes in, and it gets washed on the setting that the person before me used, because the button is already pushed. So I'm no help there.

Thank you however for that stuff at the top about social interaction. I'm often one of those reaching out types that is throwing parties and calling people and keeping in touch and going out on limbs constantly and wondering, WHEN WILL THE SCALES BALANCE???? So it's good to hear that just because you aren't taking the social initiative doesn't mean that you resent when other people try to keep in touch with you. That helps me to be a little more content with my lot as the obnoxious organizer.

I don't resent it at all, and more often than not I am thankful for it! I hope you don't resent us non-initiators!
