I got Red House Painter's "Songs for a Blue Guitar". It's the best album I've heard since the release of Chutes to Narrow by The Shins or The Fire theft album which is self titled. I highly reccommend all three of these albums, they're excellent.

They are kind of folkish pop rock. They are very melodic and relaxing, lots of acoustic guitar, piano, and reverb. You should check them out.
