Rent at the Bowl

So on Sunday, Judy and I saw Rent at the Hollywood Bowl. It was pretty amazing, to say the least. I can't say it was perfect, though, because it definitely wasn't but I enjoyed myself thoroughly and I got goosebumps at all the right moments and it was a good night of music. I have no idea who half of these actors are, but RENT!! is so awesome. (I do know Aaron Tveit from Next to Normal. My friend Michelle loved that show.)

I sat two rows directly behind Anthony Rapp at a performance of As You Like It with Gwyneth Paltrow, and I WIGGED. I didn't say anything to him but it was awesome just to sit there and know it was he.

I met Anthony Rapp at the stage door of the Pantages when Rent was in LA a couple years ago. He was shorter than I thought he'd be but still quite adorable. But I'm biased. I've had a crush on him since Adventures in Babysitting.
