october is, of course, the best month of the year. sure, i might just be saying that because it contains my birthday. but c'mon. everyone loves halloween and everything that relates to it (well, except for all those folks who don't). plus, in texas, we can finally stay outside for substantial amounts of time without necessarily breaking a sweat
