Piracetam works without, in fact it's too strong with it for myself

I wouldn't. *shrug* Go ahead and try it, but if you get headaches then start taking choline. Nothing much to argue about here.

I have never heard of that ever. In fact I've heard of more people getting headaches with Choline.

I've heard of people getting headaches from taking too much choline, too. I've seen reports of mid-afternoon piracetam headaches, which is most likely due to more rapid turnover of ATP and acetylcholine in the brain over the course of the day. If your diet is such that you never lack for glucose and choline you probably won't have to worry about this.

In all honesty, it could be a number of factors, we really fucking don't know how the brain works, but coming from several hardcore nootropic junkies, they've never had this experience. A Nootropic enhanced placebo response is far better than a sober response, and it does work subconsciously, I used to know someone that used to consume 5G of Piracetam and 2G of Aniracetam on top of a very large stack, though not many choline boosters in it, never once had a problem for 3 years until he stopped taking it altogether because of money issues.
I have heard rumors of too much choline causing a problem... but the only thing I've EVER seen too much choline do is make someone smell like fish =(

From my own experience I can tell that I don't need any kind of choline supplementation though I have tried to see if they would bring any improvements in the past; after all the racetams are synergistic with it. Tried DMAE and Alpha-GPC so far but they didn't really benefit my cognition in any way. I felt sharper but the improvement was so little it wasn't worth it and i'm the kind of guy who likes to experiment with doses that go higher and higher everytime. Just not worth it IMO. Literature even states that the racetams increase levels of choline and choline-receptors in the brain so I can't really see why supplementhing choline would be of any benefit since x-racetam is all you need. I am however very interested in trying inhibitors that delay the breakdown of choline like Centrophenoxine and Huperzine-A. The brain has a limit of the amount of neurotransmitters one can handle and breaking it might prove to worth it.
