I just love how this discrimination was worded in a non-discriminating fashion. If we define a right inclusively as being for a specific group of people, then legally what would stop us from defining "employment" as a payment contract between an employer and a democrat or a person of secular beliefs. Then only they could work, and under the law it wouldn't be "discrimination" because it is just following the definition of employment. Granted, we could then create positions of "corporate slaves" which include some of the rights granted to employees.
