as in, i just woke up in baton rouge from a three decade dream about living in new orleans... nope, it seemed so real, but in fact I live with my aunt and my uncle in baton rouge!!

actually, im lucky, ive got an apartment coming up on the tenth, so i couldnt be happier, but DAMN.

I did a little search too, and came across you. I used to live in Mississippi, near Biloxi in a little area called Gautier. My husband used to be stationed on a Navy ship in Pascagoula. The base is gone now, and i'm sure the area we lived in is gone as well. It's mind boggling to me. We went thru Hurricane Ivan last year and fled to Florida before it hit because i was so scared. I cannot begin to imagine how you're coping. Anyway, i wanted to letcha know that even people half way across the world and thinking of you and prayin for ya. May the future bring you good fortune.
