It's okay, I've been disappointed many times before, its the natural way to feel when you put all your heart into auditions and dream of glory. If you didn't feel disappointed, you wouldn't be invested enough in your auditions.

But, to help the disappointment pass, I have sometimes found that being in a chorus role is more fun and exciting than having a lead part. Depending on the show, the audience can sometimes love the chorus, and its members, more than the lead female, who can be irritating and whiney. Or something. Chorus members get to dance and sing more than anyone else, and they also get to do the high power numbers, whereas lead characters are limited by their roles.
