Oh right I live...typed:
hehehe ol News made me laugh, no idea why
echoing their jubilation through a sky that all through the day had rung with the sound of cannons. Dunno why but that was really perfect right there, like his towns echoing the way Denmark felt too or something maybe I'm reading too into it but wah!
but he tightened his hold on him and refused to let him do it Denmark pls you're embarrassing grow out of it already
He looked Denmark up and down, then frowned. "Y'look like shit." LOL OH I SEE WHAT THAT TWEET WAS ABOUT
Well this was a super productive comment gonna do read #2 now!!!

(I want to write a sequel where they cuddle. Because Denmark is clingy as fuck right now.)
So glad you enjoyed it, that is a relief. It's like receiving a stamp of approval summed up as "Yes, I like this, and your Netherlands doesn't suck".

(CUDDLES OMG DO IT it sounds both cute and like a total comedy of snarky errors!)
Not at all! I was going to say I was surprised but that sounds like I expected him to suck or something and I didn't at all so I need a better word here... or I could keep rambling until something good comes out... oh WHATEVER I thought you'd have a good grasp on him but I was ~surprised~ at just HOW much I really liked him here!!! Haha he kind of steals the show without even wanting to, which... makes sense given that we're following Denmark's attentions.

(MAYBE I WILL if I can work it in, it isn't what I originally planned for the extended edition but -- on the other hand, I didn't quite decide how I wanted to end it, either. We'll have to see what happens!)
What a relief. :') I guess just paying attention and writing what felt right helped after all! I think it helped that I didn't have to actually get into his head too much (what a pain in the ass that'd be), I just had to focus on how Denmark feels about seeing him, mostly. :Va

Anyway. Stories like this one are the reason I love your writing so much. I love the little worlds you create around them for the characters to live in and I love how your storyline ties itself so nicely at the end. Very pleasant read, this one. Awesome work.
(And OMG the bromance!)
