I went to see it on the weekend with the Boy, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Here's my question though: did they actually motion capture Billy Crudup's (Dr Manhatten) penis?? I mean, actually attach the electrodes and everything. Or did they just CGI it in, given that it doesn't really do much except hang there

Judging from an interview I caught with Crudup on the daily show, I believe it was actually mo-capped, and that there was a sensor or two on it.

I'm not sure how much trust to put in that interview given how much they were joking about it, but I wouldn't put it past them to actually have done that.
