Okay, guys!

I think I've figured out Slideshare and a little bit more of livejournal, so I'm going to give this a shot. Below is the lovely (or horrible) first chapter of A Cop's Legacy where you'll meet our founder, Madison Greene. Please read and comment with constructive feedback here on livejournal. Hi Noreins, everything looks great! :)

The only slide I struggled to read was the one where Madison met Elissa (nice name choices, by the way), and the text was on the left and right, I read the whole right side first because I'm easily confused. But it all works well and reads well, are you using word or powerpoint to transfer into slideshare? :)

Thanks Amylu! I wanted unique names to start the legacy out with and I know a male Madison that's hilarious and blonde, so it seemed to fit.

I have some slides set up to be similar to that slide (in columns) that way in future chapters. Should I change that? I did it because I wanted the picture to be visible and all the story to be on the same slide.

I'm using Word to transfer to slideshare. I used the tutorial on Desirable Discourses. :) It was very helpful.

Cool story! Having it set as a slideshow/book made the story flow very nicely. I was pretty hooked on the characters. :)

Thanks! I feel like I could do more with character development, but it'll have to wait for future chapters.

As for the slideshow thing, I use slideshare as recommended by others. I just upload a word document with my photos and story completed onto slideshare and they turn it into a slideshow type thing for you. It's pretty nice.
