some inattentiveness is normal. "regular" people can only focus for short bursts at a time before they drift off naturally, sort of like the brain's defensive mechanism so it doesn't overload.

also you should include factors in this blog such as diet as well, this has more influence on how you feel and you react to certain changes in your body.

do not just expect this to be the only factor in your journey for awesomeness, remember diet is just as important and is sort of a addendum to what you're doing. don't confuse lack of motivation as effect of a problem focusing, there could be under lying emotional issues here as well.

obviously it's not going to be easy but, when you do take the time to right this shit down, you realize the small and very important changes and it encourages you to push forward. As opposed to giving up because we tend to focus only on the drastic changes that are completely obvious to us.
