The Basics
SID (シド） is a J-Rock band under Sony's Danger Crue Records. They made their major debut in the end of 2005, which was bolstered by their large fanbase. They are rapidly gaining popularity, as evidenced by the speed with which they sell out all of their releases.

I have to admit,I'm a bit behind on SID =[
...but here we go!!!
SID is probably one of the best J-rock bands around. The primary thing to remember about SID...is that they are SID. XD. They have a unique style and music that is uniquely SID. Everyone is like OMG ARE THEY VK? OSHARE KEI? WHAT? No. They are not VK or Oshare...they are SID!!! SID Music is easily distinctive, as many songs have a jazzy sound to them. Basically...there is no other band around that is quite like SID. =]
The Band
Mao: Vocals
Mao has a very distinctive voice. It's very sweet and wonderful. He has a thing for lolitas~ IDEK. Mao is nicknamed Maonyan or Nyan or Sempai (or Mao-fishy~)! Personally, I like to call him Mao-kibby. XD. He's cracked, I tell you. He does these...dances...during performances. Mao dances are great and famous for their...specialness...XD. Mao is like, the greatest spammer ever~ He updates his blog like, 500 times a day with useless info~ (like, 80% of this translation journal is Mao -_-)
Shinji: Guitar
Shinji is clearly an amazing guitarist. He plays so gracefully and from what I heard, is so awesome live~ He is also cracked and occasionally has brillant idea to dive off stage into crowds of screaming fangirls. And he informs us in his blog that he is recording music naked o.O. I love him, the idiot. Fangirl nickname: Cindy XD
Aki: Bass
Aki is known as the sexgod. Yep. He's very hot. (They all are, but yes.) He is cracked as well and is famous for his FLAILING. No really. Watch SID PVs. He FLAILS. It's amazing. He also likes to pretend he's the sane one by being all impassive while the others are being retarded, but we know he's cracked. He leaves very funny, very RANDOM rants in his blogs~
Yuuya: Drums
Yuuya is the most cracked out of all of them. He's an amazing drummer. He's CRAZY. (lol, Aki is like, get away, you freak). He also spams his blog often. He's pretty much always like this. He needs medication or something. Often seen fighting losing battles against inanimate objects, i.e. a cord, tissue box, ashtry. XD. Crazy. ILU. OH LOOK! Some wonderful person made a "Best of Yuuya" video! (LMAO at the other's expressions~)
Basically, the whole band is cracked. XD. I love them~ Oh, and they call each other "-nyan" (Maonyan, Yuuyanyan, etc) and I am 90% sure that they occasionally have conversations that go something like: "Nyan!" "Nyan Nyan Nyan..." "NYAN NYAN!!!" "...nyan nyan nyan nyan..." XD. They also have retarded nicknames for each other, like, Aki=Pakistan. XD.

Sweet is one of their older works. Back when they were more VK styled. I seriously love every SID PV. SO I will be no help in these reviews if you're trying to decide which ones to get. But this song is great. I love the guitar in this.

Very sad, very pretty song. Hosoikoe means "small voice" like tiny voices over the phone. The song talks about a long distance relationship. Slow and rather nice. Vocals are especially lovely and the music is nice as well.
