It's been a long time since I've written anything I've been feeling. Here's hoping that this will help, even if just a little ( Read more... )

The good thing about medical bills is as long as you go to the ER, you don't really have to pay. I mean you should and if you don't they'll be all over you by sending you letters and stuff (not sure if it actually has a major impact on credit) but gall bladder issues are considered life threatening, and you would definitely qualify for temporary medicaid or medicare (I never remember the difference) and if you aren't qualified, they send a letter to the hospital and the hospital pays most of it. Mom only paid like $200 or so for her gall bladder to be removed and she makes way more money than you do. And if it's swollen it's probably gone septic or something and you should go to the hospital. Even if it hasn't something is definitely wrong and you really should go to the hospital. Sorry it took so long to reply but I thought Livejournal had been all but abandoned by everyone.

Thank you for responding with the insight I've come to expect. It's nice to hear an intelligent response that isn't 140 characters long. Seems like the world has gotten itself into a hurry and no longer has time to show they care.

You worded it better than I could. I really do feel like a hostage in both situations. Writing has helped to ease the anxiety and depression a bit. It's a therapy I'd all but forgotten how to utilize.

Well, as you can see from your friends list, I post nearly every day!

Glad the writing therapy helps. I find things can do deeper around here than anywhere else. Privacy options are static so even if LJ goes and messes with things, you won't find a private entry suddenly unlocked or people you dislike suddenly unblocked. That's a problem with Facebook.
