Sam was still freaking out after Lizzie's phone call.

He had managed to make two phone calls, his hands shaking. One to Dean and one to Wyatt Halliwell, who he was really hoping could help out.

After his conversation with Dean yesterday, Sam knew he had to track his mother down and talk to her about some things.

He showed up at her room and hesitated for a few moments outside the door before finally bringing himself to knock.

Isabel asked me to let you all know that her internet is down at work.

Sam was relieved that his father had left town. At least that was one load off of his mind.

Not that he didn't still have a ton of other things to deal with.

Currently, though, he was enjoying a beer and staring at some mindless comedy on the television.

Sam was eating a sandwich and drinking a soda while he surfed the internet, looking at regional newspapers for any signs of supernatural activity.

He didn't have any plans yet for the weekend, though he was hoping to spend some time with Meg.

Today was a bad day for Sam.

Which was why he was sitting on his bed with a beer in his hand.

Sam knocked on the door to Meg's room somewhat early on Monday. He was carrying two cups of coffee though.

He needed to talk to her about what had happened over the weekend.

Sam had been happy to see Meg last night when she showed up after the news.

They curled up in bed together and slept.

When Sam woke up though, he was frowning a little. His dreams hadn't been frightening, but they had been plain weird.

Sam fell into a deep sleep and soon started to dream.
