Dave, speaking strictly as a scientician, I can tell you that chloroform is not the way to go. It doesn't knock people out that quickly and if it did the dosage required might even prove lethal. If it were me, I'd go with a low-dose injection of sodium pentathol, followed by an inhaled anesthetic. Now if you can turn that into a pickup line, then you are golden my friend....and probably incarcerated because you've just drugged a woman.
