You're supposed to call 911.

But I instantly turned these off when I started getting them because they came in way too frequently, and were waking me up early in the morning. And it's not my job to be on the lookout for cars carrying kidnapped children.

What frightens me is that there might actually be people out there, looking for these cars. As if we didn't have enough scared people "feeling threatened" out there.

Sure, you're confused and put out, but imagine how she feels.

Seriously, if you see the vehicle in question you report it to the police. That's another datapoint for them in the search. I don't think they intend for you to throw yourself on the hood of the car and talk them down from their kidnapping plot while on the freeway.

I dunno, this is Rafferty we're talking about. If he throws himself on the hood of the car, the rear wheels will come right off the ground.
