Free Rent? With whom? Do you have to do sexual favors or something. That is a pretty sweet deal. Especially if you are going to concentrate on writing, but... you got to decide what you want to do and who you want to have around you. There's got to be some cool people to meet in FL, but you know there are folk in Seattle too. Shit I support you either way, man. Especially if it means more writing from you.
