If ANYONE says ANYTHING to Rufus about the... incident... involving Vincent, Sephiroth, and the pillows, I will personally shoot the idiot. I'm not kidding.

Rufus must not find out about it.

Do you know when Rufus is coming back? I have certain plans regarding those photos and it'd be a sin to not at least share them with people before Rufus arrives.....

Unfortunately no. If I hear that he's coming back before you're done, I'll try to stall him. Just please don't do anything that would cause him to find out. Tseng said he'd take me to dinner if Rufus didn't find out, and by all the gods, I'm going to that dinner if it kills me.

I don't know what's wrong with the guy. One minute he's crazy psychopath, and the next he's acting like a regular person.

Before what? Near as I can tell, this isn't a life or death situation. And anyway, Rufus needs to learn to deal with Sephiroth, instead of having a mental breakdown over it.
