Actually, I was nudged because apparently I haven't posted here in, oh, six weeks. Quite ironic since I usually can't shut up for six minutes. It does please me to know, however, that at least one person noticed that I wasn't moving and therefore poked me to make sure I'm not dead. that said...

God you sound like a John Cusack movie. :) Just John Cusack always gets the girl - so remember that! You just happen to be in John Cusack movie directed by Peter Jackson so it's a little longer with more twists and turns. :)

Okay. I honestly didn't think you could score more brownie points, but the comparison of my life to a Cusack movie directed by Peter Jackson is just brilliant. Just when I start to forget what a nerd you are, you go and make a comment like that. Kudos!

By the way, you can think your good friend Jessica for "nudging" me back into the LJ universe.

It's funny, because I JUST had the exact convo w/ my mom the other night. I'm taking the same approach to life right now. I like the 'not living by any philosophy at all' comment. I am just so completely on the same page as you right now.

...and I don't think that's a bad thing. I just think we're growing up a little. And I am sure...I am POSITIVE that some form of positive change is on the horizon. sigh. it's good to know i'm not the only one who thinks (or overthinks) life sometimes. heh. :)

Yes. It is definitely a relief to know that other people overthink things as much as I do. I think it's a relief.

It's good to hear from you again though. I thought for a moment there that I wouldn't. I guess we've both become a bit introverted in our own way currently.
