Today I came dangerously close to the past
Besides being father's day, today was one of a great deal of reminiscing for me. An old friend came back to visit. He used to live across the street, but moved to Vermont a few years ago. His visit today was the first time he'd been in Higganum in years. As such, he and I decided to retrace the steps of our childhood and explore our former stomping

I think you're right--people that know what they're doing are much rarer than it seems. Nice to know I'm not the only one scared of having only one more year to go in nice, safe college.
Funny, last night I couldn't sleep and I walked down to the waterfront here at camp at 3 in the morning to collect my thoughts. Camp is where I grew up, so I understand where you're coming from. Although, sadly, my time of reflection did not feature Dave Matthews.
