Yamada can’t help but sigh at his big brother’s way of talking to him. One, two…if his lucky enough, three words. He never lets Yamada finish what he wants to say these past few days. He frowned and glared at his so called ‘brother’, who was supposed to help him decide crucial things like this one.
“You know Dai-nii…since you got together with Chii again. You really never hang out with me anymore” He sat beside him and looked at his eyes. For a second there, he can see the sad look that he didn’t want to see again. Ever since their parents died, they got closer. He was their when Daiki needed him, and Daiki always…always supports him. But lately, they’ve been avoiding each other’s company, not that Yamada wants too, he just cant stand that awkward silence that falls on them whenever they get to be alone, without Chinen-Daiki’s boyfriend and Yuto-Yamada’s best friend.
"Hn" Daiki shrugged and directed his gaze towards the door.
Yamada sighed and left his brother alone and went upstairs to his room. He liked his room. They use to sleep together, huddled in a pile of blanket during winter. Now? Daiki doesn't even come to his room anymore, nor does he on the older boy's room. He closed his eyes and slumped himself on his bed. Maybe he should take his advice and say yes to that girl’s proposal. Yeah, maybe he will go out her.

As soon as the footsteps died, Daiki heaved a heavy sigh. He didn’t want to do this to Yamada, but what can he do?
The first time he laid eyes on Yamada, he fell... fell in love, he didn’t know back then that their parents that are both partner-less at that time are deciding to get married. He always, always took care of him. He cared deeply for Yamada, more than a normal brother should. After their parents died, they were considered orphans, but as both of them decided to live together, he came to notice how he can’t control himselfwhen he sees those sparkling eyes looking at him. He just can’t…can’t control his urges. His supposed to be sibling is just too much for him. Thus, the only solution he can think of is say yes to Chinen. Chinen’s been his bestfriend since they were little, he loves Chinen… but only as a friend but, Chinen never shy’s out to show Daiki his affection for the him.
This way, he can protect Yamada from himself and his selfish desires.
