Yes, it's cold out.

The NOAA wind chill factor chart shows that at 30 degrees and a wind speed of 60mph, the actuall temp is 10 degrees.

It was 30 when I left my house this morning. I was riding at between 65 and 80 mph on the freeway.

Safe to say it was probably pushing close to 0 behind Vivian's fairing.
