summer fun
Just wanted to take a spare moment to say Hello from Rhode Island.
Am doing fine and am enjoying my visit here in RI very much, especially the cooler temperatures, ocean breezes and refreshing salt air.
It has been far too long since I was able to enjoy it, along with being the last time I visited with my sister, some fifteen (15) years ago to be exact.
Once my stay with my sister and her family ends, if I find a tent site within a nearby campground, my stay in RI may be extended for up to another week or so, depending on various factors.
One reason for this particular blog post however is to let you and other readers know that if and when I begin camping out down here in RI, my online access will become very limited or possibly even nonexistent. So if one does not hear from me either via my blog(s), my Chatango chat page (for those who may try to chat with me via it anyway) or by e-mail for a while (say for a week or more), know I am most likely fine and probably having the time of my life.
Today (Monday, July 11, 2005), besides a variety of online work I was taking time to engage in while I had online access to do so, I spent a few moments experimenting with what one can do with certain computer programs, including with photo's and the like: e.g., creating certain (photo art) abstracts I worked on (here) were drawn from a recent photo.
There is much more that one can do with such of course, but I am only beginning to learn -- mainly by making mistakes and fumbling around.
