OH MY FU I know slavery is, in most ways, 'bad', but the way Clint looks at it, the way it should be looked at differently, is delicious and wonderful.

I had the exact same reaction when I read the prompt, lol. And I rather think Clint wouldn't know what to do without Coulson to give him orders, but that's my personal fanon (backed up by his two minutes of screentime in Thor :D) Thanks so much! <3
1. Coulson/Clint up my alley anytime anyplace anyway 2. JFC, that conversation between Cap and Clint. What a way to handle the issue, tbh. This was so well played and clear cut and simple and just surprising all over.
Lines:
“You can’t get married without his permission.” Steve said, exasperation coloring his tone as he nearly took off Clint’s head with a well aimed punch.
“I still couldn't get married to the one person I'd want to marry, if I was free, according to the federal government." Clint muttered as he sidestepped the punch.
ALSHDLKASHDLK:SAH:DKH
“If you think we fight for freedom, you’re deluded.” Clint said, “We are the Avengers, ergo, we are avenging something. To avenge is to punish. It ain’t about freedom, but justice.”Seriously. I love Cap's noble intentions, but the way you played out that scene was such a refreshing take on personating submissive roles. And incorporating SHIELD and institutions into it was just novel

When I first read the prompt, I got a little worried. I have this...issue with slavery, but decided to read it. I am so glad I decided to be open to reading something knew.
I love your writing style (as always), and I was happy to have taken a chance with this newest creation of yours.

Awesomesauce. Fascinated by how Clint and Natasha understand it as it applies to themselves, and adoring the brief-but-potent glimpses of how much Clint really adores Coulson <3 I love me some brain-food with my heart-food =] Captcha says 'non-volatile'. Incorrect, Mycroft!
SIDE STORY FILL Coulson/Hawkeye, slave!ficsexysporkSeptember 8 2011, 03:09:12 UTC
So I wrote a side story to this fill because the op!anon is amazing and s/he drew a picture of collared!Clint, which in turned prompted me to write more.

Awwww, now I want to hug Clint even more now that I read those! *Sniffle* I love the Coulson/Clint fluff, and now I'm hoping that you'll decide to write another fill where Coulson gets used to owning Clint AKA more fluff than you can believe. Please?
