Long over due update

I have been keeping up with many of you by reading your ljs, but have not been very good about posting myself. One of the biggest reasons is that I felt like it would all sound the same. The pain from the fibromyaliga continues to be a large part of my life. We continue to increase medicines but I still have more bad days than good. This christmas
