Does it make sense if I say, I actually look forward to my 21st birthday, yet I'm still intimidated by the prospect of growing up?

Not that being 21 is a big deal. It may seem like a big thing when we first entered into the year of 2009, when all of us 1988 babies will 'officially' turn into adults,as more of my friends around me turn 21, it doesn't

my 21st i had class until 10pm. and then, i drank a lil wine with roomie in my room and chatted. next day i had a party, but it wasn't all that grand either, just sitting & drinking with closer friends but notreally cuz i don't think i'm close to anyone like i'm close to people at home. my stupid fucking boyfriend didn't even try to come up and surprise me and to this day he didn't get me a gift (to his credit he does give me other things, just not a official GIFT)
whatever it is, don't worry thinking about 21 and that "day". it's just another day in our life~ birthdays have lost their meaning to me at this point. just make other days spending time with loved ones more special. lol i am stupidlycheesy.
