...mad few days. I'll update in a couple of days, as i'm too tired to right now. My weekend has been a combination of fab stuff, nice stuff and shitty stuff...

Right now, i'm going to relax and watch "Vincent" on ITV 1, and get my back into a more comfy position...i may even do some of the exercises i was shown in physio after that!
