It has been a long time since I posted any recipes and mummm asked for my pumpkin cream cheese recipe. I thought I had posted it before but I did not tag it so here it is again

I'm lacking key ingredients for each one!

I would so love to make the turtle dessert but there are no pecans in this country. Or cool whip. Or caramel topping.

Well you can substitute different nuts. What is your equivalent of whipping cream?

I can get whipping cream...just not cool whip.
Np caramel sauce but maybe there's a way to make that (but then we don't have Brach's caramels either). I think it might get complicated. LOL
