TO ALL AMERICANS AND THOSE WHO LIVE IN THIS AMAZING COUNTRY;
SUPPORT OUR TROOPS! Even if you do not agree with the war and all that comes with battles, just remember- our brave sons and daughters are fighting daily for your right to disagree! PRAY FOR OUR TROOPS! Sure, some of them dont know God but an anonymous quote from a man of war was "Even if a man goes into war an atheist, he comes out believing in God". Prayers affect the believing and non-believing and our great president needs our prayers too!
God Bless America. I am so proud to be an American Girl :)

Erin,
I know you are not going to be happy with this.....but I'm not going to approve the tshirts. I have prayed and prayed about it and I just can't give you the go ahead.
I want to have a senior meeting this Tuesday at 4 for both Seniors and senior parents.
I have great concern over both the tshirt design and the quote.......and I think it sends messages that cheapen the work that Christ did for us on the cross and will cause confusion and misunderstanding rather than what I know you hope that it will accomplish. In addition, the quote does not portray what I believe will accurately and positively reflect on you all. I am not wanting to violate the scripture that warns against causing a weaker brother to stumble.....and I think this design will do that.
We need to start back at square one. I know you will be upset about this and I know you have put time and effort into it and I know your heart has been to do something unique and that had good message. I just think we have to think I think there needs to be better communication with all the seniors and with the senior parents.
Thanks
Mrs. L
I don't know what the design was, because I wasn't there when it was "unveiled". But you know what our quote was? "It's amazing that curiosity survived formal education." How is that bad? What the crap. I really don't want to tell Dad either. Mom will be okay, but Dad's just going to roll his eyes and complain. Like he does about everything else that seems to invovle my education.
This is really irritating.
