Morality (gasp! horror!)

I vastly agree with you, Nic, all but for one point. I am sure that you did not intend for it to come out this way, but you made it appear that you perceive things such as stealing to be genes. Of course, these things are not genes. That was the only flaw in your argument after a read. There was once movie where many clones of Hitler were made, all of whom were raised by different people, widely to avoid suspicion. All of them turned out differently, none of whom turned out to be the next fuhrer (sorry, too lazy to put in the umlaut). Things like stealing, murdering, being anti-semetic, all come as a result of the things that you were surrounded with as you grew and developed. These so called "moral lapses" that pop up in people are not hereditary at all -- simply what one might call non-ideal living conditions. The majority will call having sex with a young girl immoral, but some religious sects do not, so the young girl not knowing the view of many other people, may grow up thinking that what was done to her was moral, which then ( ... )
