That line is from the movie Cellular, which we caught the last ten or so minutes of this morning. I don't know why, but Jason Statham was antagonizing William H. Macy about going to a beauty parlor, and William H. Macy beats the crap out of him or shoots him or something and goes "It's a DAY SPA, you fuck!!!" and it was hilarious for some reason
