It relates to the earlier post about my first night. Since Living Learning House members are "held to higher standards" it does not look good for the program or the school to have a bunch of no good hooligans living in their houses. Four of the seven house members (including myself) are on social probation for at least two quarters (two are on a years worth) because we were smoking pot in our attic and there was alcohol in two of the rooms. I wasn't doing anything at the time, but I was there, so I got roped into it all, and now with only three people left, they are disbanding the house. So now I get to choose from five different places to live in, all pretty sucky choices. The three guys who got written up, and their one friend (who didn't arrive at school until the next day) are all rooming together, so lucky them, but I kinda got screwed in the end. Or perhaps the start to a grand new adventure! We'll see who my new roommate is. (No singles available by the way...)
