Almost non-existant. We've been knee deep in +5 to +10 temps for about 2-3 weeks now. Already hit the driving range twice ;) And yeah... still lurking on LJ... although I've been posting a bit more lately...
And the problem I have is not that people install programs on their work systems... the bigger issue is that they are about as clueless regarding viruses as you can get.
We have antivirus/spyware/etc protection... so we're locked down fairly well... but the systems require people to know what they are installing and certainly aren't idiot-proof.
One person downloading a virus and installing it takes about 30 seconds. The work required for me to get the entire network back up and running could take upwards of a week... maybe more.
I just hope they understand that we don't pay for time off in situations like this.
Hehehe... we're about to do something similar... and make every single person in the company sign a form declaring that they agree to it... and I forgot it's not going to apply to me :)

So we never heard about your Vegas exploits.
You do know that the phrase "What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas" is exempt to Canadians.
