For the first half of this week I was in New York, visiting Margaret and Richey from St Andrews! Margaret very graciously offered me a loft in her apartment to crash in for a few nights, while Richey had come to New York on the QM2 (from England) and was spending a few days traveling around the city for her birthday. There are only a few slices of lovely cake left from the box of treats you gave us...can I pre-book for next year? I love the Empire state building picture, I think it might be appearing on my facebook profile very soon...And my mum, aunt and I have taken plenty of pictures from my birthday dinner, so don't you worry (or should that be start worrying now?)

I will definitely be visiting you in Maine, thats a promise! I want to go back to America again next year. And I hope you can get your ass over to the UK very soon. Lots of love,
