Pshhhaw, it's sad you can't recognize your own portrait. Obviously some weird person thought it would be a good idea to take a picture of you, their camera threw up, and it infected the entire city with the picture. My sympathies.

It's named "Booger Schleim Faulig Phlegmas Speichel Klebrige Masse Monster." It's the official mascot of the upcoming World Cup games. (The World Cup is a soccer championship, Katie, if you didn't realize it. It's being held in Germany this summer)

If you compare that thing's picture and your livejournal picture, it's pretty much identical. Crazy eyes, freakish face...which proves that it is you.
