I did a craft trade with crymytears this month and was so stoked when a box from Abby showed up on my doorstep! Abby is a fantastic knitter and has been working on stocking Elizabeth Tunics in her Etsy shop. She sent along one for Iris using rainbow yarn she dyed herself, and I just love it!

That dress is gorgeous!

Man, we need new covers and woolly bottoms here. Part of me can't wait for baby #2 so I can get new adorable stuff. That feels so wrong and materialistic. If we have a boy, I can reuse so much stuff, and if we have a girl I can get things like this dress!

Iris has two pairs of longies made by Abby and they are so wonderful. I highly recommend.

Are you expecting? I knew you were trying, but didn't remember reading about a positive!

A dress made from a 1971 toddler pattern. She chose the fabric- I'd make a similar one for Iris the week before with pears.
