Ever have one of those nights where you suddenly realize it's 11:00 in the evening and you hardly remember what the hell has happened since you left work at 5:30, and what little you DO remember you remember the way you would if someone told you you had done it, but not in a first person sort of way?

Ever have one of those nights where you get half drunk, then accidentally fall asleep watching TV and wake up an hour later TOTALLY disoriented, then get it in your head (through a fog of confusion) that'd it be a good idea to drive to the grocery store just to buy a 24 pack of bottled water?

So Stacia (Assistant Director of the Bureau of Sociological Research, where I work) gave me my first project to take care of today. It's something small, a transcription project, like 40 hours worth of work, but it's all mine to take care of!
