Today I went to a teacher job fair in the morning.  It was a bit of a gut check to see what a room full of teachers looks like; what they sound like, and how they all drove there in separate cars, but the same car.  Something neglected, old, tired, with an unaddressed and much needed part that rattled as a chorus as they drove from the lot.

all important reflections. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, in writing and speech! You are right that this will involve many challenges--just like anything worth doing. But you know you have the grit to make it happen if it's what you want.

I think you might as well apply for anything that interests you and keep your options open. You have many options, and you are good at so many things.
