These are awesome! I've grabbed 6,7, and 15 for now, but I love them all. And I suspect I'll have far too much opportunity to use #6!

16 tempts me also. Mmmm. Heck with it. *grabs it, too*

Will credit, of course!

The "Big Damn Hero" filled me with nostalgic warm fuzzies (Ah, Firefly. Also, such a perfect description, because Steve is a Big Damn hero). And I really, really love the "help you stand one." The color scheme, the pose, with the way Steve's hand is wrapped around Tony's arm, holding him up *wibbles*

12 is gorgeous, too, with the light blue text to match the pale "iceberg" colors, and 11 is hilarious (OMG, Steve's face).

Steve is pretty much the personification of the concept of "big damn hero", and I love him to bits for that. He's pretty much the only character I've ever come across who manages to be just as good and honest and true as everyone says he is. Which always made his and Tony's relationship all the more interesting to me, because Tony generally has such an awful public reputation that I'm sure more than one person who doesn't know Tony (...and maybe some who do) has wondered what the hell Steve sees in him—because whether a person views their relationship as platonic or not, either way, it's obvious that Steve loves him ( ... )

Oy vey. You HAD to put in a Downey icon. *snags*

Lovely work! Also, I adore Cap's expression with the bunny-pancake one. =3

You are so good at icon-making! I try occasionally, but my image quality seems to degrade something rotten while I'm working on them, and I can never make the animations - I know the GIMP can do it, I just can't figure it out! *g*

Ah, well, I've grabbed numbers 7, 16 and 22, which are oh, so cool!

As far as crediting you (or any icon artist) goes, I think it's the one thing about LJ I've never completely worked out. Is there some tag somewhere I should be filling in when I upload them for use in LJ, or is it something I just keep track of so that if an admirer asks I can direct them to you?

...and I've just looked in the folder I store my icons in and found 8 more of yours from your last icon post (on stevelovestony) that I completely forgot to comment on... *winces* sorry!

Ha, that's fine. I forget to comment on things all the time, only to come back later and be like, "Shit!"

I looked at your userpics, and you're crediting exactly as you should. Basically, just putting the username of the artist into the comments part of the icon area. You could use the username code if you wanted, but the way you're doing it is just fine.

If that's still unclear (I am not the best person for explanations), there's a quick tutorial here.

I'm not sure why your image quality is degrading, but I can help you with animations. There's a tutorial for that here.

Thanks! I don't know why, but I'd never thought the GIMP website might have tutorials... sometimes I really am blind to the obvious! *g*
