And for Patagonia (The Argentina bit, at least,) - "There is no quarantine in Argentina. A certificate stating that the animal is in good health and has been inoculated against rabies (for dogs and cats) is required. This document must be issued by a veterinarian and certified at the nearest Consulate of Argentina. These certificates must be submitted to the consulate for legalization. Be advised that all the documentation must be obtained within 10 days prior the departure of the animal or otherwise it will be void."
