It's finally the end of what was a really long week. Not so much bad as just mentally, physically, and emotionally draining, and the thing is I have no idea why it was so draining in these ways, it just was. Today was a pretty good day. I woke up this morning to find out I won a book called "Concrete Mama" on Ebay that is a picture editorial type book about the Washington State Penitentiary. I drank way too much coffee today, and was cooped up in a remote tower with nothing to do and nobody to talk to for 8 hours with no break. Not cool.

I got reassigned to a different post at work today, effective 11/19/06. I'll be going to the 1400-2200 shift with mondays and tuesdays off, in a big "high energy" unit. The temperature sat around 40 degrees all day, and a large portion of work was spent outside today. It's been a good past several days. I got to get up to Pullman to see Krissy before she heads off to Florida, and I had a really good time.
