Barton's in the park today. This isn't unusual, generally, except for two things. One, there's a dog with her. A German Shepard to be exact. It looks friendly and playful, and it's also blue. Mika, who is usually immune to canine charms, has to smile at seeing them playing together. While she doesn't know either of them, it's a very refreshing sight. Huffing in amusement, she leans on her cane as she watches them, her tail wagging.]

She spots Barton out of the corner of her eye. Hey, cool, another dog lover! She tosses the table leg for her hound to retrieve, then turns to watch the other woman, impressed with her throw.]
Good arm you've got there.

I can throw pretty good, but I am cheatin' a little today.
[She tosses the ball up a few inches, and it hovers above her hand. Her pooch looks excited, so she grabs it again, and throws it.]

[Her own doggie returns with the table leg, which she takes from him before scratching his ears. As she does so, she watches Barton's dog go off, squinting.]

[The big dog bounds over though, picks up the ball and brings it over to Mao. Surely he wants to play too!]

[He wasn't, exactly. He gives the dog a wary glance before leaning against a tree.]

[He throws the ball off again, propelling it far, and the dog happily chases after.]

Um. Buster. My brother had a dog named that, a long time ago.
