So im now extremely busy... 'cept on tuesdays. Practice every night, and at least one music ensemble or another on every other night. Ok. I had nordic practice this morning... 2nd slowest timed mile of my hs career... 6:52. Not good. Almost a minute slower than my 5:58 during the x-c timed mile. Even during the 5k races i ran under a 6:50 split for my first mile ( Read more... )
