The clue from the NYT crossword that appeared in yesterday's paper here:

Language in which plural is formed by adding -oj

Anyone? I don't remember how many letters it had, but "Japanese" was too short.

Except, hmm, I think all nouns in Esperanto already end in o? I know you stick j on the end for the plural, though.

That would make the singular ending -o and the plural ending -oj.
