My grandfather is in the hospital, has been since Saturday, because he is increasingly disoriented.

God help us now.

He had surgery yesterday, and as far as I know has returned home. We're still waiting to see if there was any lasting damage; he had a corroded artery in his neck. They performed and angioplasty and put in a stint, the disorientation was a result of not enough oxygen getting to his brain.
